  • Repair report – After seeking the approval of the unit owners for the repair. As a PM we also give them an update regarding the repair status of their property.

  • Furnishing report – This type of report is given to our clients who availed our basic interior services.

  • Income and Expense Report – Our accounting/admin team sends out the monthly total of expenses and income received by the unit owners.

For Rent Units:

  • The Property Management(PM) Fee will only be paid upon the move-in of the unit tenant.

  • After move-out, Unit Owner is still ought to pay 6-month worth of the PM Fee. If after 6 months, the unit is still vacant, PM Fee will be free.
