Property Management Fees
For Rent Units:

The Property Management(PM) Fee will only be paid upon the move-in of the unit tenant.

After move-out, Unit Owner is still ought to pay 6-month worth of the PM Fee. If after 6 months, the unit is still vacant, PM Fee will be free.
